The Warrior Dash previously opened my eyes to the lousy condition I was in so I trained pretty hard for this one with a little running and a lot of P90X over about 7 weeks. Certainly felt in much better shape but realized I still had a long, long way to go - I focused on strength instead of running which made the obstacles a cake-walk but the running got tough in the 2nd half of the run. Finished, but passed out and puked at the end. Turns out half a larabar is not good nutrition for a 6 mile mud run. Yeah I definitely needed work on fueling.
